Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza websites, mobile applications, services, or attending Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza events (collectively “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Company & Scope
Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza ("we," “us,” “our”) is a Los Angeles-based independent music company featuring the works of Ron Alezza and other featured artists. Our Service include: Music Production, Artist Development, Publishing (BMI, SoundExchange, MLC, Harry fox), Sync & Licensing, Music Distribution ( via Distrokid to all major DSP's, I-Heart Radio), Marketing & Promotion, Creative Collaborations, Riotrack Music Shop merchandise sales: Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza events.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, music, videos, images, artwork, and promotional materials are owned or licensed by Riotrack music/Ron Alezza and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior approval or written consent. Use of Riotrack music/Ron Alezza logos, artist names (including “Ron Alezza”), and branding requires express authorization.
User Conduct
You agree not to violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and performance rights laws; infringe on the rights of Distrokid, BMI, SoundExchange, MLC, Harry Fox, DSP's, or other partners; or use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Purchase & Payment
All sales of Riotrack/Ron Alezza Shop merchandise, event tickets, and digital downloads are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services.
Artist Features & Promotions
Featured artists agree to grant Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza rights to promote, stream, and distribute their content on DSP's and other approved channels. Artists submission must be original works and free of unlicensed third-party content. Any use of published works in a songs must be licensed by an authorized performing rights organization.
Limitation of Liability
Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza, its officers, agents, attorneys, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Serves after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Partner & Affiliate Operations Disclaimer
Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza, its officers, artists, agents, and attorneys do not have control the operational and business practices of its partners or affiliates, including but not limited to DSPs, merchandise vendors, event venues, and promotional collaborators. Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza and its representatives are indemnified from any legal disputes, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the operations, commerce handling, or business practices of such partners or affiliates.

We May collect: Personal Information (name. email, billing/shipping address, payment details via third-party processors); Usage information (IP address, browser type, device date, and the activity on our Services); and Music Preferences ( streams, downloads, and interaction with DSP links).

We use collected data to: Provide and improve Services; Process payments for Riotrack music/Ron Alezza Shop purchases and event tickets; Promote Riotrack Music/Ron Alezza artists, including Ron Alezza; and Comply with legal obligations and reporting requirements to Distrokid, BMI, SoundExchange, MLC, Harry Fox, DSPs, and other partners.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, etc and Internet Radio) for distribution purposes; Legal authorities if required by law; and Third-party service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, marketing tools).

Our site may use cookies, analytics tools, and tracking pixels for performance, security and marketing purposes.
Security
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risks.
